there is profound truth to the old saying, "ALL WORK AND NO PLAY MAKES JACK A DULL BOY". i am also a fan of a good practical joke and adults being silly for the sake of sanity here and there. HOWEVER, gizmodo's recent CES event prank is not funny. when a prank doesn't turn sour faces to laughter within 15 minutes of people saying "OH LIGHTEN UP- IT WAS JUST A JOKE!", then perhaps it really wasn't funny or appropriate. let's hope gizmodo gets the isolated negative exposure needed to thwart potential future walls going up for bloggers who really do want to play nice and make a difference.
