I saw this while ago while i had some down-time at work and i thought it was a great idea... problem is at work i have to use Windows and Microsoft Outlook which doesn't use CSS but rather Microsoft Word to create Signatures.

so after fooling around with the idea for a while i was able to make something using the same concept.
