Was trying to print a book cover project and the print option was grayed out. Drove me nuts for two days. Then I discovered that it ws 32 bit while my other projects were 8. Changed and got the print.

to store black requires one bit. “1”
to store white requires one bit. “0”

B&W images use ONE BIT per pixel.
