Please give me an advise. Since I have no TV I watch some shows and news online and I want to save some of them on my laptop. What do you use to download online video? And do you know any website where can I find the most popular TV shows, and the sport events?

For downloading videos from these types of sites, try doing a search on macupdate.com - there are quite a few options.
