Indesign CS4 - Links resize when relinked

Help! Whenever I resave a link or simply relink my links in my CS4 documents the images in the document are resized. Usually larger. This never happened in earlier versions. Any ideas?

I'm not sure what to tell you about it. I'll look around on the Web to see if I come across anyone with a solution.
