Mail stationery modification issue

Tried to find the link to add a comment/question to the excellent tutorial in the blog but alas could not.

Process worked great for me with a mail template however I am trying to modify a template from jumsoft stationery pack. It uses an image in the banner.jpg (which I modified with no problem.) The problem is that there is another image on top of the banner image and I don't know how to get rid of it. I am using the Mystery template. The banner has a frame image and there is another image on top to which you drag an image in mail. I need to get rid of that so I only see the banner image. Any ideas? Thank you SO much for the excellent tutorial. Do I need to delete code from the plist? the html file?

Edit the HTML

You will need to edit the HTML file if they're anything like the built-in Apple stationery.

Thanks! I will give that a try, In the meantime, Jumsoft sent me the edited version with the placeholder removed!
I will delve into the html file next. I opened it in Dreamweaver but was unsure what to delete.
